About the project

It is a digital platform created to simplify and automate Rabitabank's recruitment processes.

Purpose

The goal of the project is to make the recruitment process more convenient and efficient for the human resources team and potential candidates who want to work at Rabitabank through a single platform. We planned to implement front-end and back-end programming for the platform, as well as integrate our own product, UNSU content management system, for ease of management.

Result

As a result of the implementation of the platform, the speed of recruitment processes has increased, operational costs have been reduced, and processes have been managed more transparently.
