About the project

IdeaBank is an internal digital platform used within the bank, created to collect and evaluate innovative ideas from Kapital Bank employees. Through the platform, employees can present their new ideas, get acquainted with other ideas, and propose initiatives that can contribute to the development of the bank.

Purpose

Front-end and back-end programming work was carried out for the platform, and the UNSU CMS content management system was integrated for more convenient management. This solution increased the functionality of the platform and allowed for its flexible and effective management.

Result

Employees can send their ideas directly to relevant structures through the platform, as well as obtain detailed information about competitions and other events.
